Who we are
We are a husband and wife team based in Stoke on Trent, who have been investing in property since 2014. We pride ourselves on ensuring we offer a fantastic service to both investors and clients alike and are continually improving our knowledge and education through one of the top Property Education providers in the Country. We aim to pass on our expertise to investors to ensure they receive a far safer and more profitable return on their valuable savings. Our investment in our own property education also extends to regular meetings with mentors together with Networking Sessions to maximise exposure and steer our business to further success.
Karen Marshallsay
I first got involved in business in 2005 as a Franchisee and Operator of Domino's Pizza Stores. Alongside my teaching career I have been a part of our property journey since 2014, and since January 2021 am now full time in the business. By continually improving my property knowledge through education, I am proud to be a part of a company that seeks to offer an excellent return and service to our investor clients, whilst building trustful and longstanding relationships with our tenants in their successful pursuit of finding their ideal home.
Barry Marshallsay
I am a Project Manager who has been involved in running successful businesses since 2005. This included being a Franchisee and Operator of 4 Domino's Pizza stores and a large Dessert Restaurant which I Project Managed throughout the entire process from site selection to store opening. I have been involved in the Buy, Refurbish and Refinance strategy since 2014, and am extremely excited about offering further investment opportunities to clients. I am also passionate about creating modern, high quality homes from rundown properties to increase rental opportunities for tenants searching for a home.
