Our Earn & Learn investor option allows you to earn interest on your invested funds whilst following through the refurbishment process from start to finish.  Our latest HMO project allowed investors to gain valuable insights right through from the sale being agreed, to key collection to revaluation and finally being tenanted.  A great way to gain knowledge and confidence before taking on your own project whilst making your investor funds work for you at the same time.

It is more important than ever to make your money work for you.  This option allows you to invest funds that would otherwise be sitting in the bank or earning a very low rate of interest, to generate excellent annual returns for none of your own efforts.  Our track record has seen investor funds returned faster than the initial agreed timeframe and as a result, has meant our investors have recycled their funds over and over again.
